Commonwealth CA-13 Boomerang

Juli 1944. Een patrouille Australische Boomerangs van No.5 Squadron valt een Japanse stelling aan. De Japanners zijn door een Wirraway verkenner gesard tot zij begonnen te schieten en zo hun positie prijsgaven. Deze Boomerang was een mix van onderdelen van de Harvard trainer met de motor van de Beaufort bommenwerper.

July 1944. A flight of Australian Boomerangs of No 5 Squadron. attacks a Japanese position. Teased by a Wirraway reconnaissance aircraft, the Japanese opened fire, thereby giving away their position. The Boomerang was a mix of parts of the Harvard trainer with the engine of the Beaufort bomber.
